At J B Herefords, we want you to know where your beef comes from, start to finish! We are cutting out the middle man and butchering in our State Certified shop now. This shop will give everyone the opportunity to enjoy our home-grown, farm- raised, clean beef from the great Cache Valley, UT.
Beef Shares are currently available for pickup only.
Full steers, 1/2 shares, and 1/4 shares are available for sale for Fall of 2025!

A granddaughter entered a Farm Bureau contest and submitted a short video featuring our beautiful farm. The topic for the video contest was, "Why I Farm...".

Location
We are located in the beautiful Cache Valley, Utah at the base of the Wellsville Mountains, in a little town called Young Ward. Our family Cattle Ranch is run by the 4th and 5th generation and we plan on continuing for years to come. We just celebrated our 100 year anniversary and couldn't be more proud of the legacy and stories that have developed here over the years.
Purebred Registered Horned Herefords
We have been rasing Horned Herfords since 1937 and have such a love for our cows. We pride ourselves on our beautiful growing herds and have such a respect for this breed of cattle. There is nothing more breathtaking then a field of purebred Hereford mother cows with their baby calves in the spring time. This grass fed beef makes amazing beef tallow balm and tallow body butter also! Try it now.
